ZQ Reducer Overview
- The crane reducer is primarily used in industries such as lifting, mining, general chemicals, textiles, and light industry. Specifically, it is suitable under the following conditions:
- First, the circumferential speed of the gearbox’s gear drive does not exceed 4 meters per second. Additionally, the speed of the gearbox’s high-speed shaft is limited to a maximum of 1500 revolutions per minute.
- Moreover, the gearbox is designed for both forward and reverse operation. When equipped with a backstop, the direction of operation is determined by inspecting the output shaft end.
- Furthermore, the operating temperature of the gearbox ranges from -40°C to +40°C, ensuring versatility in various environments.
- Finally, the gearbox offers nine different gear ratios, nine configuration types, and three types of low-speed shaft ends, providing a wide range of customization options to suit specific application needs.
