A Trommeltandwielkoppeling<\/strong> is een type koppeling dat gebruikt wordt in mechanische aandrijfsystemen, voornamelijk ontworpen om twee assen te verbinden en koppel over te brengen. Het unieke ontwerp bestaat uit het in elkaar grijpen van tandwielen met een trommelvormig wiel om kracht over te brengen, meestal gebruikt in toepassingen met een matige belasting en een hoog koppel.<\/p>\n

Belangrijkste kenmerken:<\/h3>\n

  1. Structuur<\/strong>: Een trommelkoppeling bestaat uit twee hoofdonderdelen: een paar in elkaar grijpende trommelvormige tandwielen. Elk tandwiel heeft een buitenste trommelvorm en deze tandwielen brengen koppel over door middel van hun koppeling. Meestal heeft \u00e9\u00e9n deel van de koppeling uitwendige tanden, terwijl het andere deel inwendige tanden heeft.<\/li>\n
  2. Werkingsprincipe<\/strong>: Tijdens de werking brengt het trommelvormige tandwielgedeelte vermogen en koppel over door te schakelen met het andere tandwiel. Door het ontwerp van het tandwiel kan deze koppeling werken met enige hoek- en radiale uitlijning, waardoor hij geschikt is voor installaties waar assen niet perfect uitgelijnd zijn.<\/li>\n
