Deze materiaalkeuze biedt verschillende voordelen, waaronder een compact ontwerp, een aantrekkelijk uiterlijk, kleine afmetingen en een lichtgewicht constructie.<\/li>\n<li>Qua structuur maken deze tandwielmotoren gebruik van een ontwerp met parallelle as en rechte tandwielen. Fabrikanten vervaardigen de tandwielen van hoogwaardig gelegeerd constructiestaal. Daarna voeren ze carboneer- en afschrikprocessen uit, wat resulteert in een oppervlaktehardheid tot 80 HRA.<\/li>\n<li>Bovendien worden de tandwielen met precisie geslepen om een nauwkeurigheid van 5-6 te bereiken. Door het tandprofiel en de helix te optimaliseren, zorgen de ingenieurs ervoor dat deze tandwielen een hoge belastbaarheid hebben en met minimaal geluid werken.<\/li>\n<li>Voor de smering is de unit semi-gesmeerd met vet, waardoor regelmatig onderhoud overbodig is. Dit verhoogt de betrouwbaarheid en vermindert de totale inspanning die nodig is voor onderhoud.<\/li>\n<li>De uitgaande as maakt gebruik van de DIN5480 standaard spline. Hierdoor kan hij eenvoudig worden gemonteerd met behoud van een hoge nauwkeurigheid.<\/li>\n<li>Bovendien is de flensverbinding ontworpen om naadloos aan te sluiten op een speciale wiellagerbehuizing. Deze configuratie vergemakkelijkt installatie en demontage en stroomlijnt onderhoudstaken.<\/li>\n<li>Tot slot minimaliseert het unieke elektromagnetische ontwerp actief de asstromen.
