Overzicht GHC Kraan Kabeltrolley<\/h3>\n

De GHC Crane kabeltrolley fungeert als een actief voedingssysteem voor kraanwagens. Hij bestaat uit wielen, beugels en steunplaten die zachte kabels veilig op hun plaats houden. Door het tractieframe te synchroniseren met de kabeltrolley levert deze effectief stroom aan de kraan.<\/p>\n

Kenmerken en soorten<\/h3>\n

Om veelzijdigheid te garanderen, biedt de serie GHC Crane kabeltrolleys lichte, middelzware en zware uitvoeringen. Daarnaast worden de trolleys geleverd met loopwielen in drie diameters: \u03a680, \u03a663 en \u03a650. Het draagvermogen varieert van minder dan 50 kg tot 150 kg. Bovendien is elk type verkrijgbaar in verschillende configuraties op basis van het aantal steunplaatlagen: enkellaags, dubbellaags of drielaags.<\/p>\n

Installatie-instructies voor kraanbaan trolley<\/h3>\n

  • Installeer de vaste ophangbeugel:<\/strong> Begin met het installeren van de vaste ophangbeugel. Las daarna een ijzeren stopper aan de achterkant voor extra veiligheid, zodat de beugel stevig op zijn plaats blijft.<\/li>\n
  • Pas de tractiekop aan:<\/strong> Stel vervolgens de tractiekop af om te voorkomen dat de trolley tijdens het gebruik de randen van het tractiegat raakt. Deze afstelling zorgt voor een soepele beweging en voorkomt mogelijke schade.<\/li>\n
  • Zorg voor de juiste kabellengte:<\/strong> Zorg ervoor dat de kabellengte 1,2 keer de spanwijdte van de kraan is plus 8 meter. Deze lengte is essentieel voor een veilige en effici\u00ebnte werking.<\/li>\n
  • Wijzig de lengte van de trekstaaldraad:<\/strong> Pas de lengte van de trekstaaldraad aan zodat deze korter is dan de kabelsecties. Hierdoor kan de staaldraad de bedrijfsbelasting dragen en wordt overmatige spanning op de kabels voorkomen.<\/li>\n
  • Verwerkt verschillende kabeldiameters:<\/strong> Als je te maken hebt met verschillende kabeldiameters, plaats dan zachte rubberen kussentjes tussen de kabelklemmen. Deze stap zorgt voor uniforme buitendiameters, wat een veilige en strakke pasvorm garandeert.<\/li>\n
  • Verdeel de kabelbelasting gelijkmatig:<\/strong> Verdeel de kabelbelasting gelijkmatig over beide zijden van de steunplaten om een evenwichtige spanning te behouden en mogelijke schade of slijtage te voorkomen.<\/li>\n
  • Belasting balanceren in meerlaagse wagens:<\/strong> Als u kabelwagens met twee of drie lagen gebruikt, moet u dezelfde balansprincipes toepassen. Dit zorgt ervoor dat de last gelijkmatig wordt verdeeld, wat de stabiliteit tijdens het gebruik bevordert.<\/li>\n
